Check the last few lines in the update.log under your game files \BlackDesert\update.log to see which files are having issues. Try having a friend that has successfully updated send you the file/s and replace them. Delete all the PAP files under\BlackDesert\patch_temp . this is issue from last patch Nov 6. So before this patch i can play normaly without problem. Then this patch make the laucher stuck on 3% and around 15min later it goes to 0% and it says "failed to apply patch file". I try reinstall the game, vpn, disable antivirus and still the same result. After i check on the update.log it says like this.

I have been unable to play since the patch on January 15th because Failed to apply patch file. I have been in contact with support, 3 tickets so far with 2 answered. Things I have tried (no success with any): - "Scan Files" button. Multiple attempts with PC restart in between. - Delete patch_temp folder.
